If I could give a zero rating I would! We bought a mattress from them and they said three weeks, when three weeks came we called to get an update all we got is we can get a refund if we want… talked to the manager he said it said 3 to 6 weeks so we decided to wait it out. Today week 6 went to the store because they aren’t answering their phone sign says open but doors are locked and no one inside!!! Called other locations no one answered the phone at 5 different stores! Do not go here it is a scam!
View on GoogleWould give 0 stars if I could. Initially this place was great, picked out a mattress for a reasonable price and waited for delivery. We were given a 2-4 week window. After 6 weeks we called and were told it’ll be here next week. Didn’t show. The next week we called and they said oh this week it’ll be here. Didn’t show. So 7 weeks of waiting. Mattress still not in and absolutely no one calling to explain why or assure us of anything. Went in and got a refund for the mattress. Told us it would be up to 10 days before our card reflected the refund. 10 days later and no refund, and no one seems to know what’s happening or how to fix it. Now my husband is driving 40 minutes away to another location because that’s the only person who can apparently help us. STAY AWAY. Scam scam scam. Absolutely awful. People don’t know what they’re talking about and we’re out thousands of dollars AND no mattress.
View on GoogleWorst experience I have ever had when buying furniture. My mattress was due on the 11th and never showed up and nobody called. I had to call them. The guy I talked to said " it's your lucky day it'll be there on the 16th." He never had a conversation with me or apologized , just keep repeating that phrase. The same thing happened on the 16th. I called and once again I was treated the same. They wouldn't give me my money back. It finally shows up a week later. And nobody has yet to apologize. The day after this review posted I finally got an appolige.
View on GoogleCharles was a great help (Waterford Location on Dixie). He didnt pressure me to get the most expensive mattress & still found one I liked for a great price. I have bought a couple mattresses for the first time online (Amazon) the past few years (that I have been having back/hip problems with), which I will NEVER do again. He found one that was great for me and my pains are gone. It’s crazy how much a nice mattress can change the way you feel. You think I would be old enough to know this by now haha. Thank you Charles. I will be back to get the king mattress in my next place. I appreciate you and American Mattress. Side note- they are family owned and operated, if we don’t start helping more businesses like this, soon all family businesses will be closed.

My husband and I didn’t really have any idea what we were looking for when, spur of the moment, we decided to go mattress shopping. He immediately knew how to help us narrow down a selection and it didn’t take long before we chose a bed that I’m confident we’ll love. Nate was patient with me and my husband, and most importantly, our two kids running around. I’m very happy we decided to walk into US Mattress that day and he was there to help us!
