Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I went around to quite a few different furniture stores this weekend looking for an accent chair. This store was the only one that had reasonable priced options that still had great quality! Sales pitch was minimal and relaxed. We had a good time shopping here.

The salesman Trey was was amazing. he did a great job!:) Our in-store experience was great!!! The reason for the 2 star rating was because of the two thugs they sent to deliver our furniture!:( The two guys were very aggressive. One called me a female, I corrected him, he gave me a threatening look. Just a couple minutes later he accidentally threw some styrofoam that kinda hit me. He then purposely looks at me and says sorry mam. I told him to knock that off, and it wasn't ok. He then got in my face and began threatening me, in my own house! Hi's partner then says to me in a nasty angry way it was ok to miss gendering someone, and threaten them. I had another contractor at the house, so I went outside to meet with him. We walked around the house as I showed him what i needed done, they were rude infront of him as well! I paid a bunch extra for these thugs to put together my new furniture, the company has this huge ✔️ list, and one of the main things on the list was final inspection. We'll next thing I see is the 2 thugs getting in the delivery truck. They speed through the neighborhood turn around, speed by my house and honked. My wife and I look at the furniture and see the backs of the couch I just paid like $3000 for weren't even on right. We had to take them apart and reassembled! So Bob's needs to make sure they arn't sending thugs to do deliverys, people don't want to be threatened in their home. My home is my safe place!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

I did not know that Bob's Discount Furniture was located in Auburn Hills near Great Lakes mall until about a couple of weeks ago. So I needed a bed but one that didn't take up a lot of space, so I went in to see what they had, I was greeted and welcomed by Trey, very nice and pleasant young man and very knowledgeable of Bob's Furniture and the many choices that were available to choose from and there were quite a few. He let me tour on my own and I located just what I needed, I'm so excited to be getting my bed that is a lounging chair that I will use as my bed, very roomy storage underneath comes with 2 pillows and the back head rest reclines. They have payments options that made my decision a 100% no brainer. So go buy and checkout Bob's Discount Furniture and ask for Trey or any of the nice men's that work there. Tell them Audrey sent you.

Great experiences buying a couch! Travis was quick to approach and ask what I was looking for, directed me to the right sections, then gave me space to try out the couches. He checked in a couple times while I was browsing to answer questions, but never felt overbearing. The couch I picked is amazing for the price and I can't wait to have it in my home.

We had such a pleasant experience working with Ashley! We worked with her for a few weeks to resolve an issue and make sure we were getting the appropriate pieces for our living room. She was pleasant, professional and helpful in all of our interactions. We truly enjoyed shopping with her! Ask for Ashley if you visit this location.
