America's Mattress of Navarre

Me and my fiancé went mattress shopping and one of the sales guy showed my daughter a recliner that has a remote to it. SHE THOUGHT IT WAS SO AWESOME. Until he showed her this Tempur-pedic that had an Adjustable frame, vibration..etc. Not gonna lie it was pretty freaking awesome. But needless to say, while me and my fiancé shopped for a different mattress (an hour later) we all look over to see if she was looking at the tv or actually sleeping. NOPE SHE WAS OUT. Reason I told this story is not just for a little chuckle but because those guys at Soluna Mattress and Furniture are awesome! So patient, understanding And they actually look to help you and not push stuff on you! Also very knowledgeable! Thank you guys so much!

Long story short, I tried ordering directly from a popular mattress company. What was supposed to take two weeks for delivery became three, and then four. I spoke to Ian on a Thursday about what I was looking for. He had an option, but I needed to get my original order resolved. Fast forward a week, wife and I made it in to see what our options were. Wife found what she wanted, and Ian got us setup. Mattress was delivered today and we really couldn’t be happier. We appreciate the willingness to go above and beyond to get us on a comfortable bed.

Owner made an offer i couldn't refuse on a new mattress that I really liked that was well over what I planned to spend. Very nice folks there, very helpful. Walked out feeling I made a very good deal. Highly recommend these folks the next you're shopping for a well-made, very comfortable bed!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ian for going above and beyond with our recent bed order. We had a few things come up along the way, but Ian handled every single part of the process with professionalism, patience, and real care for the customer. He kept us updated the entire time, made sure we always knew what was happening, and truly took the stress out of the situation. You don’t find customer service like this anymore — Ian made us feel like we were his top priority from start to finish. Because of him, the entire experience was smooth, easy, and honestly way better than we expected. Employees like Ian are the reason customers come back. Thank you again, man. You absolutely deserve to be recognized for the phenomenal job you did. Highly recommend working with Ian!
