Xavier was awesome!! My fiancé and I came in this evening looking for a mattress and honestly weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Xavier was incredibly knowledgeable about every mattress in the store and took the time to help us find the right fit. We left with a great deal and peace of mind. Such a genuine guy — highly recommend asking for Xavier!

Xavier was very knowledgeable, replying to all our questions with clear and precise answers. He made several recommendations for our style and offered us affordable options. We searched other companies, but could not find better prices or deals; even the clearance was priced better. We will be buying all our mattresses from Matress Firm in the future.

Xavier was awesome. He made it as easy as possible. My husband and I have some medical procedures coming up and we were concerned with getting a mattress that would fit our needs. He showed us a few that would not only meet our criteria, but exceed it. We were also looking for another mattress for a guest room as well. There was a sale for President's Day that weekend so we wanted to take advantage of the savings. We ended up purchasing two of the same mattress, upgraded bases, pillows and a mattress cover. I bought a new mattress today from Jeremy at Mattress Firm, and I’ve gotta say… I usually hate mattress shopping. It’s always felt like a high-pressure, awkward, “just pick one already” kind of situation. But this time was completely different. Jeremy was awesome. No pressure at all. He actually asked the right questions, listened to what I needed as I tried out several beds without rushing me. The guy really knows his stuff, and he was patient the whole way through. He even hooked me up with a great package deal including an adjustable frame, and set up fast delivery with full setup and haul off of my old mattress. I honestly got a better deal than I expected, and I didn’t have to haggle or fight for it. The older I get, the more I realize how important a good mattress is, considering how much of our lives we spend sleeping. I walked out completely satisfied and actually excited for my new bed to arrive. If you’re in the Fort Walton Beach area and thinking about getting a new mattress, go see Jeremy at Mattress Firm.
