I had a very disappointing experience with Furniture Outlet in Fort Walton Beach. I purchased bedroom furniture based on in-store guidance and photos that suggested it would match my existing pieces. When the furniture arrived, the color was significantly darker and did not match at all. When I went back to the store, the manager was completely unwilling to help or offer any reasonable solution. There was no effort to work with me, no customer care, and no flexibility whatsoever. What makes this more frustrating is that the return policy was never clearly explained, and the receipt provided does not clearly show any detailed policy. (Received text images with the receipt over the policy) Being told after the fact that the furniture “cannot be resold” simply does not seem reasonable, especially when the mismatch resulted from relying on their guidance. I understand stores have policies, but good businesses also take care of their customers when things go wrong. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would strongly encourage others to be very cautious, ask detailed questions, and get everything in writing before purchasing.

Purchased a table from them. They covered up a significant flaw on it with a decoration in store. Do not buy from them go to Ashley

I just came here for the first time and near closing on a Sunday. Kim, the owner, was amazingly helpful & friendly. She walked around the whole store trying to help me find what I was looking for for an Air BnB. I’ll be back here every time I need furniture. The furniture is very nice quality real wood furniture at very reasonable prices. Kim told me it’s the same furniture as Ashley, but they can lower prices because their overhead is lower.

We needed to furnish our home, and we found everything we needed here! Kim was so helpful and kind throughout the process. We were only inside for about 20 minutes and found exactly the furniture we were looking for (at such a good deal too). Plus, the delivery time was only 3 days!
