We had an excellent experience here. Mike was fantastic, helpful, yet not pushy. When it came time to make a decision, it was an easy one, we were going back to Anthony's. When we did, Mike didn't disappoint, making the buying process easy and again, no pressure. We had our pieces delivered and delivery was excellent. They were friendly, courteous and completed the job efficiently. They took every effort to protect our home and the be furniture they were bringing. 100% will be back here when I'm looking for furniture. Thanks for great furniture at fantastic prices Mike!

My husband and I really love Anthony’s Furniture. We have made three large purchases there recently and it has been a very positive experience. Mike is as great to work with as he is not pushy but yet makes good suggestions. We ordered an Amish table that is being custom made in Ohio and pricing seemed very reasonable. When our sectional was delivered we could not have been more pleased. We highly recommend this store!

Was tricked into purchasing a table from Mike one of the partners at the Loveland location! Really needed a sale this day as I was the only shopper in their showroom! Long story short, the table was delivered with damage that was to be repaired. Sent it back, they returned it with a generic repair and damaged chairs when I wasn’t home to inspect it and now refuse to refund my money! Bad business! I’m suing them! A lot going on in this location! In all fairness the did offer to give me some money back to keep the table or to pick something else but who want to do business with a thief and a liar! The nerve! Wrong one Sir!

Customer service and solving problems are everything. When I returned to the store with a problem on an expensive furniture purchase, Anthony’s made sure I was taken care of exactly to my satisfaction. They agreed to re-order a large piece for me at no small expense to themselves. That is what customer service is all about. Nobody is perfect, but a customer deserves to get what they paid for, and Anthony’s knows the importance of leaving every customer satisfied. 5-stars for taking care of me even though it cut into their margin. Had a fantastic experience with Anthony's Furniture and Michael. Super helpful getting us what we needed. We'll definitely recommend them to anyone! Purchased several things: sectional couch, dining table, dining chairs, sitting chairs and an end table for the living room, and when the manufacturer had a flaw in the table, he made sure we had a "loaner" to hold us over for a dinner party while they refinished the top. Looks fantastic in our house!
