Mattress Kingdom

We went to another store looking for a deal. Their manager called Tyler here at this store and arranged for me to come over and purchase this washer and dryer unit. They didn’t have access to the units I was looking for. I came over and Tyler made the experience great. Checked out quick and set up a delivery. The store was very organized and in great condition.

I am an over analyzer by nature, so I will start by saying that I visited no less than 6 mattress stores around town with a challenging budget considering the list of criteria that needed to be met. On a busy Saturday I was greeted within 15 seconds by Jalen, who was calm and patient with me, listened incredibly well, and was such a sweet person to work with. He decided it would be best to put his head together with Chase to find the best solution and I appreciated the sense of teamwork and dedication to helping us find the best fit. There was no pressure at all, just friendly informative guidance. Every step of the way these guys worked together to find us the best discounts they could offer. A HUGE relief for someone like myself. The dynamic of the staff here is positive, welcoming, and fun. You can tell they love what they do and it made what could have been a stressful experience, a very pleasant one. We will trust them with all of our needs in the future and highly recommend them to everyone!!!

My wife and I visited your store yesterday 5/26/25 in Mason, Ohio. The gentleman, Collin Adkins, that waited on us did a great job working with us. He was very helpful and did an excellent job giving us the space and attention we needed to make our decisions. He answered our questions and gave us some possible alternatives. We really appreciated his help. Highly recommend him!
