"Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I purchased furniture from Ashley/Furniture Mart, and it has been a complete nightmare. During the first delivery, the team broke a mirror and a bedframe, and the living room furniture arrived covered in stains. They sent replacements, but we later found even more stains we hadn't noticed initially. On top of that, they delivered a defective office desk and a defective main bedroom set. We waited for a replacement for the bedroom set, and when the delivery team finally showed up, they brought the completely wrong model. Hoping to finally get this resolved, I went directly to the store and they scheduled a new delivery for Saturday, May 2nd. I waited around all day, finally called them, and found out they had completely messed up the scheduling. I requested a call from corporate to address this unbelievable string of errors, and no one has bothered to reach out. Terrible quality control, disorganized logistics, and zero customer care. Save yourself the headache and buy your furniture somewhere else." An update, for the second weekend I waited and it showed that they will come and after waiting for 6 hours nobody came. Moreover, I was told that I will be reimbursed 700 dollars and some change and they only gave me 400. Horrible shopping experience.

KC is an exceptional sales person. I came in looking for two mattress to put in my guest room but needed something really affordable but comfortable. He took his time to show me the mattress they had available and gave me clear and important information to help me make a decision. I was so pleased with his service. Great Guy!

Riley was a great help picking out furniture and laying out all our options in an easy to understand way. KC was also great with helping us pick out a mattress. Great experience all around.
