Ashley Store

I just had a most enjoyable, productive few hours at Ashley furniture store in Albemarle, NC today. In one afternoon I mostly furnished my new house with excellent quality attractive furniture at a very good price. My sale person, Lula (Diana) was so very helpful and a pleasure to work with. No high pressure at all - just helpful support and guidance that allowed me to find just what I was looking for. Angie was also terrific as was their general manager. I highly recommend this particular store. Their customer service is superb.

Google review for Ashley Furniture in Albemarle North Carolina, sales rep Angie I am writing to thank you for the wonderful experience my wife and I had at your store. From the moment we entered, your outgoing greeting and personal introduction made us feel welcome. We truly appreciated how you helped us search for a dark wood bed that matches our bedroom decor. It was a magnificent find, and we are looking forward to having it delivered to our home. You did a phenomenal job assisting us and working to get us the best price possible. You rock, and we truly appreciate all your help!🔥🔥🙌🏾😎 Best regards, Erald Harris

Been to this location multiple times as the staff here are personable, helpful, and not pushy. I worked with Jaylon and he was very helpful with helping us design our living room setup and in the end we walked away with exactly what we wanted— not to mention he gave us a deal that we couldn’t pass up! We didn’t get your traditional salesman that follows you around and tries to pressure you into buying, rather Jaylon said “take your time and if you need me holler for me”. Pleasureful experience and great staff! Thanks Jaylon!

This is the best Ashley Store in North Carolina. Jaylon Fisher, the store manager is excellent with the customers. He knows the products well and takes the time to meet the needs of his customers. We knew what recliners we wanted and he worked to make it affordable for us! Thank you Jaylon for your work ethics and the kindness you showed to my wife and myself. You make the Ashley Furniture's name our 1st choice for furniture needs.

Just got my dream couch with the help of Angie! She greeted us as soon as we walked in and immediately started to help us find our perfect living room furniture. I am extremely happy for all the help and attention we received! Thank you Angie!
