My experience here was poitive. They have a nice showroom. The furniture was beautiful, and seemed to be well made. The price tag was high, but what do you expect from new furniture. The best part about my visit was the lady that helped me, Katrina Farmer. She was very pleasant and helpful about my questions concerning furniture. I would shop there again.

Lindsey F. was amazing. She greeted my mom and I upon entering the store. I was immediately overwhelmed at the size of the store. She politely offered to assist us, which I gladly accepted. We explained my mom was looking for a recliner and that we had a cat and dog so we needed something durable. She took us directly to the next gen durapella power recliner. She showed us all the features and let us test it out. She showed us a few other options, but we ended up going with the first option. At no point did we feel pressured to get a certain option, but she definitely helped us pick the right chair. She was personable and a delight to chat with during the purchase process. When it's time to get more furniture I will definitely go back to Ashley Furniture and would ask for Lindsey if she is working and available. It was a great experience all around! We recently came by looking to buy furniture for our new house. Lindsay assisted us and she was amazing to work with. She was helpful, informative, patient, and answered all of our questions. Honestly, we probably wouldn’t have purchased some of the pieces without her guidance, and now everything looks great in our home. Great experience and we will definitely be back!

I wasn’t sold on Ashley but I walked in and worked with Cherrelle. She answered my questions, let me wonder around and never “hard sell “ me. I left, shopped a few competitors and then returned because of the product and price but mostly because of Cherrelle. She is great at just connecting and listening, never pushing. I was then extremely disappointed to find the back cushions were not properly stuffed, extre stuffing just tucked in the corners instead of the inner cover. I sent emails about my disappointment and did not receive the answer I should have received. I then visited the store again, spoke with Cherrelle again and she immediately brought in Jourdain, who immediately solved my problem. I then returned and purchased an ottoman. Then went back to order a replacement cushion cover that my dog chewed on and was assisted by Cherrelle and Jourdain and was able to receive the replacement cover today. Any future purchases will be done with Cherrelle. Thank you
