I’m an online shopper by nature... but for something this expensive, I figured I should see it in person. Good call. Ken met me on the sales floor and did something rare, he actually read the room. No pressure, no hovering, just there when I needed him. He answered questions, gave me space, and when I was trying to figure out how to fit a massive sectional into my house, he grabbed graph paper and helped me map it out. Above and beyond. At checkout, my bank reminded me I have “limits,” which led to a long, mildly annoying phone call about access to "my" money. Ken and Gabby were patient the entire time and reassured me this happens all the time (choosing to believe that for my own dignity). I planned to skip the protection plan, but they worked with me to make it happen, which is smart, considering this couch is heading into a high-traffic, snack-covered, real-life mess zone. Because of the bank issue, I had to split the payment and finish later. Ashley Furniture made it easy with DocuSign and a payment link. I even called customer care to double-check everything, and Keetra was friendly, upbeat, and helpful. Bonus: the store had better deals than online, and when online was cheaper, they matched the price. I don’t enjoy shopping, but this was genuinely a great experience. I’ll be back.

I was greeted by an extremely nice associate with a big smile. Cristina listened to me as to what I was looking for. She took me to several recliners but they weren’t exactly what I wanted. I was using a walker to get around so she told me to stay where I was and she would look around to see if she could find what I was looking for. She found one and when I saw it, it was exactly what I wanted. It was a pleasure to be helped by someone that took their time to satisfy a customer. Cristina is a definite asset to Ashley Furniture . When I went back the next day to purchase the chair I was greeted by Alejandro who was very nice. He took his time with me answered any questions and after my purchase he went over the contract in detail. I had never been in Ashley Furniture before, it is a fantastic store with the most beautiful furniture. Cristina and Alejandro made my visit wonderful and I will be back when I want something else. Ken did a fabulous job of finding exactly what we wanted. He was an excellent listener and found what we wanted which was a combination of Ashley’s floor examples. The whole team gave us a great customer experience. Next time I’m going here first!! We bought a couch and a chair and a half with Ottoman. Sorry, no photos. It was leather non-reclining with deep seats.

Excellent customer service from Kramer. He was very informative and helpful. The other lady that helped load my cabinet in the car was awesome as well. I can’t wait for my new sofa to arrive!
