Ashley

Big shout out and thanks to Tom Schultz at Ashley Furniture for his outstanding customer service and expertise. He listened closely to what we needed in a mattress and walked us through our options with absolutely no pressure. Tom explained quality, pricing, and delivery clearly, and he was patient with every question. He made us feel so comfortable we nearly fell asleep on the mattress we were testing. He is very knowledgeable with all the products in his department. We’re truly grateful for his help and highly recommend asking for him. Job well done!

We had a great experience with Angela, she inquired about what we were looking for and helped us to work through the many options that met our criteria. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product lines and integrated our feedback on the first few pieces to help guide us toward our selected purchase. She was very patient as we evaluated and debated between our color choices and even took the time to walk us through additional collections on the show floor just to make sure... The overall process was a seamless experience that has us excited for our new furniture.

We had an excellent experience with Trevor! Trevor was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding just the right bedroom set for us! We will remember Trevor for all our future furniture needs! The store had an awesome selection of furniture, too!!
