Sleep Number

The sales person is fantastic. I bought a mattress a couple of months ago and came back and bought a second one. It was only because of her helpfulness. Keep her happy and employed at your store.

I worked with Amanda on finding the type of bed I wanted. She was so knowledgeable and fun to work with! I absolutely would recommend going to her for your sleep number questions. I couldn’t be more happy with the bed I purchased and the service they provided! From start to finish it was a 10/10!

Amanda was amazing! She spent as much time as we needed to pick out the perfect bed and she was so kind to my son! Highly recommend checking out this store and buying your mattress there!

Jean at the St. Cloud store was fantastic to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helped us decide which mattress and pillows to purchase! Amanda was great as well.

Ordered a coffee table, and it took several weeks longer than originally told. When it arrived, it was in many pieces to assemble, like Ikea furniture. Very disappointed that I shopped at a furniture store and had to assemble so many pieces. Eight boxes, 29 pieces, 48 screws - 2 1/2 hours later, and it's put together. I did ask, in one of my many calls, to check on the late delivery status, if I would need to assemble. I was put in hold for him to check. He returned and let me know that their would be about 4 bolts - 4, not a problem. The entire thing, that's a problem. In the end it is a nice coffee table. It's the assembly that and lack of knowing that it would be like Ikea that I give this a review of 1.
