Excellent experience with Jennifer. Greeted upon entry to the showroom.She was knowledgeable and patient. This was extremely helpful as I was making a large purchase with multiple pieces. Her professionalism, despite it being busy were top notch! I would recommend her hands down! The manager Melissa was a gem also assisting me throughout this process. I would recommend her and the staff to anyone seeking excellent service, quality and fair pricing.

I recently visited an Ashley Furniture store and had an outstanding experience from the moment I walked in. I was immediately welcomed with a warm smile and engaging conversation by Ms. Terrie Covington. It’s not often you come across someone who truly understands both the art of sales and the importance of connecting with people. From the start, she made me feel comfortable and genuinely listened as I shared my goal of “turning my house into a home.” She took her time walking me through the store, explaining options in a way that felt personal and unrushed as if I were the only customer there. Unlike many sales interactions that can feel quick and impersonal, this experience was thoughtful, attentive, and refreshingly sincere. I was also greeted by another team member during my visit, which added to the welcoming atmosphere of the store. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. In addition to the exceptional service, the store offers a wide variety of quality furniture to choose from. Great experience and great furniture! Melissa, the sales manager, was so helpful! She assisted us in finding a sectional sofa to fit our wants with washable covers, and it was at a great price as well! The model in the showroom was too large for our space, so we went home and took measurements to find the modular configuration that would work best, as there were multiple options of the same product. Melissa processed the sale all online via message and DocuSign once we decided, which made it so easy. We did not even have to drive back to the outlet after the first time. The couch was delivered within a week of seeing it at the showroom. Highly recommend the Ashley Outlet in Charlotte and Melissa! We got the Elissa 5-piece sectional and love it. It is so comfortable and looks amazing too!

Our expetience with our sales person was great. She was very aware of the dtores offerings. Shr was very understanding and helpful in finding the befroom furniture thst my mom needed. We enjoyed her ability to provide us within our budget everything. This is a special person that gives outstanding service and very easy to talk with. All the staff at this location is why we always shop here. Thank you for making this experience for an 88 year mother great.
