I had an excellent experience from start to finish with Ashley. Brian (with an i) provided excellent sales service, showing me the exact couch I was looking for and making both the pricing and ordering easy. this is one of my first real "adult purchases" and I was a little intimidated, but the process was painless. I did have to wait about a month for my couch, but that's because I ordered one on clearance. the pick-up process was super simple, although the Google maps location for the warehouse wasn't totally accurate. the warehouse associate, whose name I didn't get, was helpful and even wrapped a section of the couch in shrink wrap for us because the plastic wrap had gotten cut. the couch was fully intact, no issues, and it's my new favorite thing in the house. I'm a living room person now

Fantastic furniture and even better service! We went into Ashley looking for solid wood bedroom furniture. Mike Ezell assisted us; he took us through the entire store, asked questions to find out precisely what we were looking for, and seemed to really care that we found what we wanted - and we did! The furniture is gorgeous, and the customer service was top notch. Even the store manager personally thanked us for shopping with Ashley after our purchase. Also, the delivery was quick and completely effortless. They assembled the furniture, placed our items where we asked, and made sure all the drawers worked properly.
