Ashley Store

This location has a wonderful showroom furniture and home items. I had such a great experience today thanks to Gracie! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and attentive without being pushy. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole furniture shopping process feel easy and enjoyable. Gracie was knowledgeable, patient, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit, and she definitely went above and beyond. If you’re shopping here, I highly recommend asking for Gracie—you won’t be disappointed!

I witness first hand how great this store is. I see why the reviews are what they are. I found a couch that I liked but wasnt at the ashley store. Hmmm wait we have an ashley store on the other end of town. I stop by 1 afternoon and was greeted by Natalie. I told her that I was in the market for couch, loveliest and bed. I showed her the pic and price another place had. I probably asked 100 questions abt all of it. I went by several times. She even called me to follow up when asked her to. Not 1 time did she feel like I was bothering her or try to get me to change my mind on anything. She was great from start to finish. Natalie thanks for all your help. Now just wait on it to arrive .

I went in the store and pick out the couch I wanted and sales person put the wrong couch on the order form. When I got it today wrong couch and called them and they said they would have to check on it. No call from the store. Then I get a call from there. Area manager and he can exchange it if I pay a $99 delivery fee plus I would have to pay a 10 percent restocking fee for their mistake!!!! First time customer and I will never buy here ever again!!!! BEWARE of what you are signing with these people!!!!! This is what I was to get in first picture and in second picture is what I got To the owner how can you make it right without all of the fees your area manger said I would have to pay?

Greeted immediately upon arrival by Natalie who was able to show me what I came in for exactly. I found what I wanted and came for. I was in and out within 15 minutes with my new furniture ordered. Perfect and easy transaction.
