We had a great experience at Ashley Furniture. The sales staff was friendly, welcoming, and never made us feel pressured. Crysslyn was especially wonderful. She was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of our questions with professionalism. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciated her excellent customer service and would happily recommend both her and Ashley Furniture to others.

The workers at the Brook Highlands location were all so nice! Christy was very helpful and answered all my questions. I even messaged her the next day and she replied very quickly! She was so wonderful to talk with. I ended up getting one of the floor model couches and being able to have the couch delivered and setup without me having to do anything is a life saver! Also, the day after I purchased my couch, I called to see if I could get the 5 year warranty taken off my order and they were able to reimburse me the next day. Always ask questions and they are willing to help!

Genuinely couldn’t have had a better experience here!! My wife and I stopped by on a whim and ended up buying half the furniture for our new house! ALL because of our amazing sales professional Re’Yanna. Not only was she incredible at her job, but she brought a warmth and kindness that made the entire shopping experience fun and stress-free. Ordered a couch from Ashley’s and the sales staff were great. My parents picked it up from the warehouse, and the warehouse team helped load it. Unfortunately, when we unloaded the couch at home, we discovered it was damaged. I contacted the service department, and they told me to send pictures and said they would send someone out to fix the issue. Long story short, no service team was ever sent, and getting help from customer service was very frustrating. When we followed up, they tried to tell us we should have returned it the same day and initially did not want to refund our money. After several weeks of dealing with the issue, we ended up having to rent a trailer ourselves just to return the damaged couch. We eventually received a refund, but the experience with the service department was extremely disappointing. Because of that, we won’t be buying another couch from Ashley’s
