Carlos was very helpful when we walked in. He immediately took interest in what we wanted to find. He also just let us wonder about to give us some privacy to consult with each other. Then he took us over to his big screen computer to show us what’s available in store and online. We end up buying the floor models which are still in great shape and at a lower price and we also bought a bench on line to be picked up down the street from my new house. Great job Carlos and still want the big screen computer.

Brandon and Vanesa was super helpful and may I say very patient with me I had lots of questions and concerns and probably repeated myself several times and he patiently answered them all. I brought in my measurements and he helped me figure out that it would fit in the section I wanted. The reason for going with the sectional instead of love seat and couch is cause he surprised me when I said I wanted 3 recliners and he said it’s does come with, oh boy was I a happy camper. All in all Brandon made the decision and purchase very easy. Thank you!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Ashley Home Furniture. I ordered a couch online in April, and it has been nothing but frustration ever since. First, my original order was canceled without any notification. After that, I was told the couch would finally arrive on June 18. When that delivery didn't happen, I rescheduled the delivery date. It was confirmed, so I expected everything was set. Instead, the delivery was canceled again without anyone informing me. I had to reach out to customer service myself to find out what was going on. The representative told me they didn't actually have any of the couches in the warehouse and then tried to push my delivery back yet another week. The lack of communication has been unacceptable. If I hadn't contacted customer service, I would have had no idea my order had been canceled again. After waiting since April, I still don't have the couch I paid for, and no one seems able to provide accurate information or a reliable delivery date. This has been one of the worst furniture buying experiences I've had. I would not recommend ordering from Ashley Home Furniture if you expect clear communication, reliable delivery, or accurate inventory information

We had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture(Kent). Emma was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find the perfect furniture without making us feel pressured.
