⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience at the Ashley Store in Lynnwood! Jacob, Douglas, and Jonathan were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our needs, showed us multiple options, and helped us finalize the perfect furniture for our home. They were knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, and they kept their promise regarding the delivery as well. The store has a great selection, and the customer service made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I came to Ashley to buy furniture and had an amazing experience thanks to Jonathan. He was extremely kind, attentive, and professional, always willing to help without being pushy. You can truly tell when someone cares about their job and customer satisfaction, and Jonathan showed that from start to finish. He made the whole shopping experience easy and pleasant. We had a great experience at Ashley Furniture. Hassam helped us on July 4th and was patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with while we picked out the right couch and loveseat for our home. He never pressured us and really seemed to care about helping us get what worked best for our family. After the sale, we had a couple of questions and came back in to speak with Hassam and his manager. They were both professional, fair, and very helpful. They took the time to listen, worked with us, and made sure we felt good about our purchase. Furniture shopping can be stressful, but they made the process much easier. We appreciated their honesty, customer service, and willingness to take care of us. I’d definitely recommend working with Hassam and the team at Ashley.

fraidoon and hassan were super helpful! my friend and i have never been up to the store before & were looking for a couch and maybe a mattress. fraidoon immediately helped us and even though i am an extremely picky person (and tend to prefer to explore on my own) he was sooo patient and mindful as he looked for couches that fit into my criteria. we later also looked at mattresses & hassan helped us out with picking one. he was friendly, personable, and super clear as he walked us theough the purchase of our new recliner & mattress. thank you so much :)

Highly recommend Ashley Store for anyone updating their home. They have a massive inventory of sofas, loveseats, and large sectionals. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the leather furniture and the high-tech recliners. Great service and a very comfortable atmosphere at this furniture store!
