Jordan was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. He helped us choose the perfect table and also took the time to help us find chairs that matched well and worked better for our home, especially because we have a dog. He was always attentive, answered our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision. We really appreciated his excellent customer service!

My husband and I ordered a bedroom set, mattress, and adjustable base on 7-21-25. We paid almost $8,000 for the furniture and white-glove delivery. The first delivery, we had damaged furniture and the wrong size bed. After 2 more deliveries and nearly 2 months, we got the correct furniture. They put a scratch in our brand new floor and put legs on backwards. It is not February 2026 and our floor has not been repaired or the legs put on correct. The GM and Warehouse Manager were made aware and promised to make it right. They never did. I'm going to start looking at other options such as a media complaint, lawsuit. I have certainly given this company enough time to make things right.

Everyone was very friendly, Wilton helped me and my boyfriend look for the right dresser for us and had lots of stories too. After letting us look for a while he followed up with us checking in to see what we liked and how he could help us find one. We showed him what we liked and he brought us to one we liked more. After letting us discuss, he checked back in. While we were paying for the dresser he showed us some very nice cooling pillows which he was able to sell us at a discount. We bought 2 of the pillows and we absolutely love them! He was a great help in our search. We will definitely be coming back for any more furniture needs!
