Our purchase experience at the Decatur Ashley Furniture Store was outstanding. The personnel were very knowledgeable about the products. They were very respectful and helpful in their approach, and worked diligently to determine the very best options for our needs. The professionalism demonstrated was of the highest quality. We can only give praise for experience and appreciation for the value we are receiving for money!

We had such an amazing experience at Ashley Store by Target! I truly wish I remembered the gentleman’s name who helped us because his customer service was something special. From the moment we walked in, he was genuine, relatable, approachable, and honestly just such a kind person. He helped my husband and I find the perfect table that we both loved, and when I came back later for more chairs, he remembered us and even remembered my husband’s name. That level of care and attention meant so much to me. I originally walked in telling myself I was ONLY spending $500… and somehow left spending $700 — but honestly, I wasn’t even upset about it because the experience was THAT good. I truly believe in spending money where you feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated, and that is exactly how he made us feel. Good customer service is rare these days, but this experience felt pure and authentic. Ashley Furniture is lucky to have someone like him representing their store. We will definitely be back!

Adam was the one that helped us pick our dining room table with a bench. Was very patient with us and so wonderful. He should us two tables and we decided on one that I love. Also got delivery and had it put together for a great price. That’s so much Adam
