Ashley Store + Outlet

We had a great experience with Lake Reynolds. He was very knowledgeable of the inventory. Helped us find exactly what we wanted and answered every question. No pressure and just an enjoyable buying experience. Special thanks to the manager Jerry. Picture is of the love seat, also purchased the couch.

I haven’t purchased a new mattress in more than a few years and it was time. I really didn’t know what to expect but Conner was extremely helpful In helping me make up my mind, He was very pleasant and not pushy. He asked me the right questions and then showed me the mattresses he thought would suit me. For being so young he had a great professional sense about him and I enjoyed interacting with him. The store is very nice and the products are top notch.

I just received my new furniture from Ashley Furniture East Peoria and I love it! I knew what I wanted when I started shopping but had been unable to find it at other stores. My salesman at Ashley, Connor, was extremely helpful and suggested we custom-design what I needed. He was so knowledgeable about all the Ashley products and helped me get a love seat with two matching recliners in the size, fabric and color I wanted. The custom order took about six weeks to deliver but Connor kept me informed of progress the entire time - and the furniture was well worth the wait! Every piece was exactly as expected, sturdy and well-made, all details correct. The delivery crew set everything up and placed it in the living room. I am very happy with my purchase, my delivery and my customer service. I recommend Connor and Ashley Furniture East Peoria for personal attention and help with all your furniture needs!

Dustin was wonderful to work with. Great experience (except for the wi fi issues) and found furniture that met all our needs. Store even stayed open late to let us finish our purchase. Well done..

Working with Amourionne was such a pleasure. He was very knowledgeable of what furniture was available and very patient with us as we looked at many options before deciding on what to purchase. He showed great integrity and honesty. His positive attitude was infectious. We are very pleased with the large selection of furniture offered by Ashley, as well as the quality of the items. The delivery men were careful with the items delivered and did a great job setting them up. They arrived promptly and were friendly and pleasant. We are extremely satisfied with our purchases and would buy from there again.
