OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE - ASK FOR DEVAN! We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Ashley Furniture in Springfield! We’ve been searching for the perfect kitchen table for quite some time and just stopped by on a whim today, not really expecting to buy anything. From the moment we walked in, our salesman, Devan Cooley, was absolutely fantastic. He patiently listened to exactly what we were looking for and read the room perfectly—he gave us plenty of space to breathe and never hovered, which we incredibly appreciated. Instead, he casually conversed with us to truly understand our needs and family dynamic. Devan really knows his products. He deftly highlighted the features and advantages of what they had to offer and even helped us settle on the perfect color for our home. Ultimately, they had just what we wanted, and the price was fantastic. To top it off, Devan walked us through their protection plan, which added a lot of value we hadn't originally thought about. Devan’s helpful, kind, and low-pressure approach is what ultimately led us to close the sale today. Devan was an exceptional salesman. He greeted me when I walked in. Told him what I was looking for he pointed items out then left me to walk around but periodically checked with me. Once I narrowed it down to several he explained the differences. Made my decision painless.

Features that they show on there mattress and bases is not what you receive. Then when you call them out on it they want to charge you more to get what you were supposed to get. They blame the information tags on the mattresses are old. The consumer goes by whats on the tag. Edit- I did not expect you to have every mattress with every base possible on display. What I expected was to receive an adjustable base with the features that are displayed on the tag.

Sherry and Makenzie were fantastic in helping us purchase A Tempur-pedic king size mattress, a armless chair and a recliner today! They were hands down some of the best service we have ever received in regard to patients information and overall helplessness! We also were worked with on finding some really great deals and pieces that would fit our space 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Had a really good experience. Sherri attended to us. She was very welcoming, explained everything in detail taking her time without rushing and the most important got us a good deal for our purchase!
