We had a great experience at Ashley Furniture, especially working with Taha. It took us multiple visits to the store to make our final decisions, but he consistently stood out because of the service he provided. He was honest, patient, and very knowledgeable, offering suggestions that truly fit our needs and home. We ended up purchasing multiple items, and Ashley went above and beyond to meet us and make everything come together smoothly. We really appreciated the professionalism and care throughout the process. Highly recommend asking for Taha!

The salesman never made me feel rushed, and he never pushed me or made me feel pressured in any way. I was dreading shopping because I know the commission game. He wasn't like that at all. I'm looking forward to getting the furniture home!

We visited Ashley store @ Champaign recently because we needed some furniture for our new house.Trevin helped us alot in finding the best deals available. He is very kind and respectful. I would highly recommend Ashley store and Trevin.

Pleasant experience. My wife and I were helped by Jeannine Madden, and she was great. She was full of info when we had questions, and gave us plenty of space to shop at our own pace. Jeannine was very personable and professional, and a big factor in why we purchased a sofa and ottoman that day. Wife says it was the best furniture buying experience we have had to date.

If I could rate no stars I would!! I losted my husband 4 years ago, and I could not sleep in our old bed anymore. So I went to Ashley Furniture Home Store to purchase a new bedroom set with warranty. I had the bedroom set less than 4 years and the mattress which is a Beauty Rest mattress sunk in on both sides, I reached out to Ashley in Champaign Illinois store where I purchased it, and customer service gave me a run around for months. I reached out again to Ashely customer service and sent pictures of the mattress and they sent out one of their mattress craftsmen. He came out a month later and evaluated the mattress and said that the mattress definitely had issue, and that he would advise for a replacement due to the deep impression in the mattress. They reached out to me two weeks later to tell me the that the Impressions of the defect in my mattress does not meet the specifications. Meaning the dips are not deep enough for a replacement. Now mind you this I am still paying on this mattress, and I don't owe much more. Ashely recommended me to continue using this very uncomfortable mattress for 4 to 6 more months and then refile another claim. What????
