Ashley Store

Christian was awesome. We spent a couple hours in the store. He answered all of our questions and then turned it over to David the manager, which is a real cool guy too. We’re very happy with the purchase. We bought the neo collection bedroom set and a few other things, we will be doing business with them again real soon highly recommend Ashley furniture in El Cajon

Ashley store at Parkway Plaza was great. Our new kitchen dining set is awesome! We were greeted and helped by a salesperson but wasn't high pressured. Would come back again.

Bought a $2,000 couch from there and I was told it was on back order and will arrive in a month at time of purchase. Okay, no problem. I was already informed and aware. However, when they delivered my couch there were pieces missing, like the chaises on both ends of the couch. Even the delivery drivers knew it was missing because they asked me if I still wanted it and they are a third party service and only deliver what they put in the truck. Also, we paid for the white glove treatment which was an extra $300 for guys that don’t even work for Ashley’s to set it up. When I called Ashley’s they told me that the other parts to the couch is still on back order and I will receive it in another month. It would have been nice for them to disclose that information before I bought the couch or before they delivered it. So now I have half a couch for another month. Do not go here and deal with this overpriced furniture store. Unprofessional and such a rip off Update: 03/03/26 This issue still hasn’t been resolved. Ashley reached out and stated that there was two pieces in the delivery truck. However, the second part to the couch wasn’t labeled therefore the “white glove service” didn’t have a serial number, so they weren’t aware it was together. Also, now they are stating that we bought a discontinued couch, so they have to find it in a warehouse, and we’ll receive our couch in another month AND they don’t know the condition it will be in. WE PAID UP FRONT FOR A BRAND NEW COUCH!! This is how they treat their customers once they have their money!! This is so frustrating and stressful to deal with a big company.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley thanks to Yasmin! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of purchasing our dining set. Yasmin took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect set for my home. She made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Excellent customer service from start to finish highly recommend asking for Yasmin if you visit Ashley!

The store was nice and well lite. Easy to navigate around. They had what I was looking for at the price I wanted. I was happy with the customer service until I got home and read what the what the protection plan I was told about and purchased. I was told that if I did not use it in the 5 years that I would get my money back. He showed me what it covered and I decided to get it. I even asked him to confirm that it was my money back and he said yes. In reality, if I don't use it in the 5 years of the plan I don't get my money back, instead I get a coupon towards new furniture. It also has restrictions on what I can get as well. If I had known this I would not have paid for it. I feel lied to and deceived by the salesman to increase the price I was paying. This would have been a 5 star if I was told the truth about this so called money back coverage plan.
