Mor Furniture for Less

Diego was the name of my sales representative. It was pretty late in the afternoon of April 28 when I made the visit. I wasn't ready yet to make a purchase but because of the help and assistance that I got, Diego made it so easy for me to make a purchase. He was so sincerely helpful, articulate, professional, supportive, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was so happy with my purchase and he answered all my questions and went over and beyond his call of duty. Kudos to a very good person who is willing to help with a smile. Respectfully, Carminda R.

I love my couch they are very nice and comfy I’ve had them for about two years. But the warranty I paid for is disappointing. I just filed a claim for a big spill and the whole process is an automated service and then some on calls to “confirm the info you submitted” and they send an email to send pictures. Once’s it’s approved the send you an email and you don’t speak to no one again. Today I had the tech come out he was nice but he was only went you to do two of the 4 Cushions that’s were stained and said that’s Al that was approved and I’d have to make another claim to get the two other approved. I waited 2 weeks and took the day off to get a 3rd party company sent you with no exact time so be available all day. And no communication on what was approved. And I’d have to make a new claim to get the other two done… I called the warranty comes back and they weren’t much help either. It’s beyond frustrating to pay for a service that isn’t they to help you when you need it.

I walked in to More furniture looking for a a 3 seater couch or a sectional. Dario welcomed me and gave me 1 recommendation and sold me! He really knows what people want. This was the 4th furniture store in 2 days and I found what I needed and liked.

Let me start off by saying more furniture in El Cajon has outstanding customer service. Brian made it super easy explained everything in detail as soon as we walked in gave us our space to look around. Kids were super excited about the popcorn and cookies, sugar rush lol lol we walked around and picked out a living room and dining room set everything was in stock. We’re excited to receive it in a few days THANK YOU SO MUCH BRIAN YOU ARE THE BEST!!!! and oh I almost forgot we got FREE Delivery and setup!!!!!!!
