Really good experience, nice clean store. Knowledgeable about everything and super helpful. Left with my dream mattress and frame all for a good price. Employee named Fred in particular was a 10/10, would recommend speaking to him for any assistance.

I purchase a sofa on Sunday 3/22/26. They deliver it on Wednesday in the morning. My son got the deliver that he did not notice at the moment the sofa was damaged and the table I being calling since Wednesday afternoon to have somebody help me to replace the damage sofa and damage table every time I call somebody they transfer me to someone from the Philippines that works for Ashley company I haven't been able to talk to the store where I purchase this sofa. I'm very disappointed. I would like for somebody to call me as soon as possible to help me with this problem.

I had a horrible experience with with this store. Frank(manager) and farzana(sales) don’t know their job. I’ve been waiting for more than a week for delivery. I received the wrong chairs because they ordered the wrong chairs for me. The table also was damaged and I refused to accept it. I had to get a day off to stay at home because they don’t give you exact time of the delivery. Today I had to drive again to the store and being in traffic for 40 minutes to talk to them face-to-face. Make the longest story short. I decided to cancel my order because they told me I have to wait for a whole week again for chairs. Very bad experience, wasting time. At the end, Frank told me I have to wait for more than a week to receive my money which is so stupid. I do not recommend this place at all if you wanna have peace of mind.

Farzana the sales associate and her manager Francisco were very helpful, courteous, and kind. They were super patient in helping us look for a dining set and were very easy to work with. If you’re looking for friendly, professional service go to them! They will take care of you. Thank you Farzana and Francisco!

We recently bought our new Elissa sofa from Ashley and love it. The quality is great, the delivery was exceptional and the staff at the store were welcoming and helpful as well. Thanks to Sabino who helped us with this purchase!
