Ashley Store

Our first visit today. We have shopped at another prominent furniture store in Geneva NY for the last 20+ years... The Ashley store is set up nicely, feels warm and inviting. Doug and Andrea were very helpful, while giving us the space we needed :) purchased a new couch and loveseat!!

My mothers power lift recliner had a simple part fail and would no longer operate properly. I contacted the store, explained the issue and said there was no need to send a repair person for such a simple fix. Within 3 days I had two replacement parts-(since two scenarios existed), from the store in my mailbox. It took me 10 minutes to repair the recliner. I can't say enough positive things about how they took care of this issue. I highly recommend this store.

My mother and I had the best experience at Ashley’s furniture in Geneva while shopping for new living room furniture. The sales rep that assisted us was very user-friendly. She didn’t try to sell us on anything just explain to us the pros and cons of the furniture we were looking at we ended up getting to loveseats, both of which reclined, and one of which had a cupholder in armrest in the middle, the price was very fair and the date we ordered the furniture to the date arrived was only 10 or 11 Days. On the day of delivery, I had plenty of notification at a time for when the delivery would arrive. Both movers showed up with a smile on their face and were extremely polite and courteous. They took their time moving the furniture in to ensure everything wasn’t damaged while moving it. During assembly, the explained all the extra moving pieces to me and how to operate the different controls. I haven’t really left the living room since Saturday afternoon. I’ve been enjoying the furniture so much. I’m going to purchase more furniture from there soon. I highly recommend exploring the store if you’re looking for new furniture at a good price with a good product, fast delivery times and polite service!

So very pleased with our experience at Ashley Furniture. Doug was so helpful and patient with my family as we spent 2 hours walking around the showroom floor and deciding on new LR furniture. We have gotten some of it and the delivery guys were awesome and we have enjoyed our new furniture through the holidays. Given the craziness in 2020 we really wanted to support local!! We had such a great experience we ended up buying a new DR set too. Looking forward for all furniture to arrive. Definitely would buy again and what a great Black Friday sale too!!

OMG We love Ashley Homestore Geneva! You folks are so easy to work with and follow through all the way through the process. From the top with Jim Colizzi, to Andrea to the delivery guys!
