Brian was a great salesperson! We went to SEVERAL furniture stores and he was, hands down, the best. He wasn't pushy, he didn't try to upsell us and was knowledgeable of the products. He even carried a chair all the way across the showroom just to help us find our perfect set. Now, regardless of his sales expertise and assistance we bought the table because we found one we liked. We have purchases from Ashley before and it's been a good experience. We searched all the Henrietta furniture stores and Ashley had a table that checked all the boxes for us (thank goodness cause it was our last stop and i was about to settle on chairs that were too tall somewhere else). We did not find the perfect sofa here (despite falling in love with the rolls royce of sofas we sat in here) but they have a good selection.

Han excellent experience at Ashley purchasing outdoor furniture, Stephan was absolutely awesome from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressured. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Great experience buying a sectional at Ashley. Our sales guy Robert Mitchell was phenomenal. Thankfully he wasn’t hovering over us every second but was there when we needed him. I highly recommend going there and working with Robert.
