The salesman Carlos, was appropriate when he greeted us at the door. I did not feel he was pushy right from the start. He was polite and courteous and cordial. During our time of viewing the items, he did not hound us. Also, when we did call him for assistance, he was very patient with my husband and I. He answered all of our questions, to the best of his knowledge, and if he did not know, he researched. This includes going all over the store to find a product that was relocated and he did not know to where. Thank you for hiring Carlos, and I hope you promote him, as He is manager material. His professionalism and custeromer sales tactics should be trained into others. We bought several pieces there for our home. Thank you.
