Ashley Store

In Temple store. We were met close to door by Deborah. She took us to look at the different loveseats available. We tried 3 or 4 different ones with their features. Chose out favorite one. Loved the blue loveseat. Sat nicely, plush, pretty and comfortable! It didn’t take long for the information on the piece we chose. Deborah did the paperwork!!! The process was easy, successful, and then done!!! Very pleased with our purchase and delivery date. Will return to this location for any other furniture needs. Thanks for the awesome service Deborah.

We had an excellent experience at Ashley (Temple, TX) picking up a new living room sofa and a dining room table. The staff, especially Leo, Joshua, and the delivery drivers were very courteous and professional and attentive to our needs. Thank you, Ashley Furniture we enjoyed our transaction!

Very professional and knowledgeable. This was the Best interaction of furniture purchases I’ve ever experienced. Ashley furniture located in Temple is by far the Best place to fill your home with comfort, class and long lasting commitment with the staff.

First off, shockingly surprised at the difference in customer service compared to the Killeen store. They suck!!! We went in with a specific type of fabric in mind and the first set we sat on ended up being the one. Leo is an exceptional salesman who goes beyond to assist the customers. He explains the type of fabric, and other info on the furniture and then leaves you alone to look in peace and without the added pressure to buy something. They work with you to get you what you want. They make you feel welcomed, at least we did. The employees here are very nice, and first time I was offered something a drink at a furniture store. Love it!!! They didn't add my ottoman to my order so I called the store and it was made right. The delivery guys were good as well. Spoke little English but that didn't bother me. They did an awesome job at setting up and we're very respectful. Love it when something goes so smooth from beginning to end. Thank you guys for everything! Keep up the awesome job!

The gentleman were wonderful to work with. They listened to my needs and wants then provided the products I was looking for. Where I thought I knew what I wanted or not, but just happened I really needed. They were not pushy in their sales but very knowledgeable on the products. Ashley is accommodating to my needs also.
