⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. We visited Ashley Furniture looking for a foam mattress. The salesperson showed us a mattress priced at $1,199. We explained that it was over our budget and told him we had found a very similar mattress at Mattress Firm for $899. Instead of helping us find a more affordable option or discussing any discounts, the salesperson told us, "Go to a garage sale." That was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were simply shopping within our budget and expected to be treated with respect. A salesperson should never speak to customers that way. We left the store and purchased our mattress elsewhere. Ashley Furniture needs to train its staff on how to treat customers with courtesy and professionalism. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

During my recent visit I found a lovely reclining chair and I bought it at a good price with a 5 yr. warranty. I didn't feel pressured to buy. The floor layout was extremely nice with alot of variety. The showroom was clean. The sales staff were friendly. This store was definitely one of the better ones in Waco.
