Dameyon at Ashley Furniture in Lansing was very personable and courteous. This enhanced our shopping experience. Even my kids had a good time! He listened to our needs and helped guide us to our best choices. His commitment to getting us the best deal possible has made us a return customer. I cannot recommend Dameyon highly enough! We purchased 3 mattresses for over $2,000, took 5 weeks for delivery, then 3 delivery guys are rushing in my house and one almost stabbed himself in the eye. Nobody showed me where to verify what I ordered, if it looks like a mattress it must be correct, right? NO! The 2 smaller mattresses for our teenagers were correct, each what they wanted and both model numbers matched our invoice. But the expensive Cal-King for us adults isn't the mattress that we wanted at the store, and the mattress model number DOESN'T MATCH what is on our invoice. This expensive mattress is like sleeping on a brick, the showroom model definitely wasn't hard as a rock, we had to put remove it and use our old mattress immediately. I'm not sure what happened but I'm GOING BACK TOMORROW! This mattress is currently stored in a protective mattress bag, so they better not tell me it's been "used", it literally went from their factory bag into a storage bag within a few hours. I HATE the Mattress Industry Corporations! Manufacturers intentionally change their model names to prevent comparison shopping and prevent price matching between stores. Apparently we should all PULL EACH MATTRESS OFF THE SHOWROOM FRAME and inspect the "PENALTY OF LAW" label closely looking for a fine print numerical model number.🙄😥 Our current mattress is labeled a Motley (from ArtVan), however Ashley labels it a Princeton, Denver labels it a Brenham, JC Penney labels it a Warner, Macy's labels it a Chase-Point, Walmart labels it a Erlanger, and it's available on Amazon as a Fayette; all the EXACT SAME IDENTICAL mattress with a $1,000 price difference between those retailers!🤬 It's should be ILLEGAL to manufacturer identical products with different labels in any industry.

Ed was phenomenal to work with. He was extremely patient with us on the 3 trips we made to the store. We ended up back at Ashley because of his customer service for bar stools and unexpected accent chairs. Ed goes above and beyond. Make sure to go and see him, he will take care of your furniture needs.

My experience with the W. Saginaw, Lansing, MI location was great. Ray was very knowledgeable about the furniture and helped my family through the stresses of furnishing our new home. Ray found treats to keep my children occupied, bought the kids lunch and even stood on the trampoline material underneath a sectional to demonstrate how durable it was LOL. Thanks Ray and staff!!!!
