Ashley Store

My name is Roger and my wife and I were looking for some quality furniture for our living room. We have shopped all the local stores in the Grand Rapids areas and finally stopped into Ashley. Marcus met us at the door and pleasantly answered all our questions: showed us his showroom and helped us make a final decision on a beautiful sofa and loveseat. Marcus was a rockstar and I can't thank him enough for his knowledge and hospitality for helping us. Derek was a shining example of what a sales person should be. He wasnt pushy and just guided and informed us on w hat we were looking for. We found exactly what we wanted and more with his help. He was extremely friendly and was the best sales person we ever had. It was nice to have the conversations we did about furniture and relatable experiences!

Kyle was extremely attentive yet very respectful and allowed us time and space to make decisions. Yet, he was always available to answer many questions. We have a unique situation moving into a home with narrow doorways and stairways. Kyle spent considerable time helping us view many options and determining what would work best! We greatly appreciate his enthusiasm and knowledge of Ashley’s inventories as well as considering our needs.

My family and I visited Ashley looking to find a new bed. We were immediately greeted pleasantly and directed toward beds. After a brief period on our own, Robb introduced himself and inquired if he could be of assistance. Which started a great experience for us, as Robb was very knowledgeable and helpful. We setted on a type of bed with Robb's assistance. Rob then asked if anyone was a veteran. I am, so it turns out that this store will deliver and set up furniture for vetrans, free. I was highly impressed by this. My family and I needed to check some space measurements for our new bed, so we left and returned later the same day. Robb just happened to be at the front door, immediately recognized us picking up like we never left. We settled in the final details of the new bed. Once done, the entire staff came and shook not only my hand, but my wifes as well for being a miltary family. I'll admit this got to me a bit in a really wonderful way. Thank you Robb and the Ashley Store for a wonderful experience. We will return for sure for future furniture needs.
