Ashley Outlet

Very nice selection of quality furniture. I had the pleasure of working with the sales associate Lara. She was very well educated with the knowledge of the furniture in the store. She helped me find dinning room , living room, bedroom furniture that meant my needs. The store was very organized and very clean and other Associates were very friendly also. The store manager was also very pleasant to meet.

This is a combination review of the store AND the couch we purchased. I was 8 months pregnant when I went to purchase this couch, I had looked at it in store several days earlier and was told a price by the salesman. He also said I would receive 10% off if I came back and bought it from HIM. Days later I came back but he was not there, I told the new salesman that the previous one had planned to give me 10% off, he agreed to match that price. I’ll admit when actually making the purchase I didn’t look at the number, in good faith I assumed it would be correct. As I was leaving I did look at my receipt- not only was there not 10% off, but it was $700 MORE than advertised. I went back in and showed them their price advertised, AND reminded them I was promised 10% off of THAT price. ( the salesmen was now nowhere to be found ) The register people seemed annoyed with me even though I was being very polite. They claimed they could not give me that price, I had to choose between the advertised price or 10% off the price i already paid. Either way this wasn’t what i originally agreed to. Needless to say, we will never purchase from there again. With that being said, the couch we overpaid for LOOKS like a family couch, but it is extremely cheaply made. It was not worth the “investment” as we already need to buy a new one. ( and it has only Been used by 2 adults and a 2 year old )

She was awesome! I never felt rushed. The manager however could have acknowledged me, said thank you for shopping with us...something. He was just across the counter from me. I will buy from Shauna again. My

Thank you Lara and Ozzie for helping us pick a mattress and pillows! You were very knowledgeable and even when we said no on a few things you continued to work with us with kindness and grace. Too often that is not the case. We will definitely come find you should we need anything in the future!

Very solid shopping experience, browsed until I had an idea of what I wanted & flagged down Derek. He talked me thru options of several living chairs, enduring every test of patience I could throw at him such as, "Derek, i love this chair but I hate this fabric, what can we do?" "Derek, im looking for a crochet chair, let me pull out my spare hook and see how it feels." And then he CARRIES THE CHAIR to my car??? I should have tipped him, because my neighbor literally laughed at me (I heard it) when watching me get this in my house. Anyway, the name Derek might be the punching bag of every movie and TV show but this one's a real one, 10/10, would recommend.
