Robert greeted us shortly after we walked in. We described what we were looking for and began exploring the floor. When we showed interest in a certain piece like a table and chairs or end table Robert would pop back in and show us additional features we didn't realize or inform us of further options with the piece. Informative and helpful without any pushy sales tactics. After we made it through the store and began assessing our options, narrowing down our choices, we began to discuss financing. Robert helped us understand our options and then gave us the space to decide what we wanted to do. Once decided, our order and delivery were being set up, the conversation was pleasant. Then I spotted a beautiful vase I liked, which felt like it belonged in our house. I asked how much and Robert gave it at a discount. A gift I will deeply treasure! Robert, thank you for serving us so well! Looking forward to our new table, chairs, and bench! Loveseat and end tables! And the barrel chair! . . Update: The dining table was delivered damaged and the chairs with manufacturing defects + staining on one of them. A tech was sent 2 weeks later [5/26] to verify what we found wrong and submit a report. Today a replacement table was delivered [6/5], but the chairs weren't to be taken back? Our other end table and bench for dining table is due for delivery 6/16.

I loved my visit here! They were very helpful,extremely patient, and made me feel right at home…super relaxed atmosphere! My salesman, Walt C. was very helpful in looking at my photos and working things out the way I wanted the furniture to look. He also gave me ideas of what to add to the furniture to make it look better and to save me money!! A++++++ I don’t have my furniture yet but when I do; I’ll add pics!!! Hopefully the furniture is as wonderful as my salesman was!!

Help with current purchase of Temperpedic mattress was very good. How they handle the couch cushions we purchased a little over a year ago is still to be determined. The quality should last longer than 14-16 months. Is it out of warranty? Yes but….

Nice selection & decent prices. Nick was super helpful & an all around great guy. My only issue is, we bought an item that was discontinued & was never told until I contacted the store 2 weeks later. So, they made us a good deal on the display model & after another week, tried to deliver the wrong item. I'm still waiting to hear back about the item I bought. Store and delivery team are two different entities and as the way things are these days, one doesn't have a clue what the other is doing, meanwhile, the customer is in limbo....

Shopping for a very specific piece of furniture for one spot in our home turned out to be much more overwhelming than we expected. Thankfully, Robert Lewis made the entire process easy.
