We had a great experience working with Roy! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond by honoring a price match for us, which we really appreciated. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and we never felt pressured. We love our new furniture and would definitely recommend him to anyone shopping for furniture!

We purchased a few items from Ashley. Our salesman, Austin, was great. He answered all of our questions, gave us space to check out everything we were looking at and gave us a quote so we could go home to think about it. We called him when we were ready and he handled the rest over the phone. The furniture was what we were looking for and quality is very nice. The delivery and set up was super quick and the guys were friendly. I would highly recommend this Ashley store!

We arrived and were greeted by the manager. He asked and directed us to the area of the store where we should look. No pressure sales, just let us browse and narrow down our selection to a couple. During our browsing Jenn our sales lady introduced herself and said she was available if we needed extra help. Upon making our final selection Jenn went over all the services they offered and the cost of those services. We bought a love seat and are having it delivered soon. Thanks again Jenn!

If I were able to rate it 0, I would do so. We visited a store and saw one bed frame with drawers on both ends. They provided us with an order number so that we could place an order when we were ready to purchase. However, when we called to place an order for the bed frame, they informed us that it had been lost and that they had no idea what we were referring to. Consequently, they decided to place another order for a different bed frame. We explained to them that we wanted a bed frame with drawers, but they provided us with a completely different bed. The bed we wanted did not require a box spring, while the one they placed an order for did, which was extremely disappointing. Additionally, the bed we received came with only one dresser instead of two, which was an oversight. We also received another bed, and the headboard was extremely poor quality. It was not secure and could not be attached to the bed frame. The leg was constantly falling apart and posed a safety hazard. The bed was poorly made and we spent thousands of dollars on both bed frames. In retrospect, we would have been better off purchasing from IKEA, as they offer a wider selection of products and ensure that all parts are compatible. These are just the facts of the situation.

The salesperson: Stacey True was AWESOME. She helped us out a great deal. If I could give her 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ) I would. Such a Great Attitude. She answered all our questions and went out of her way to create such a pleasant and positive experience for us. She set us up with a terrific couch for our living room.
