Sales person was great. My only concern is when you order something in store to be delivered to your home on the date they set up in store that it was all taken care of. But after leaving I got a text at home about setting up a date to be delivered . I thought it was all taken care of at the store. I guess like everything else you might as well ordered on line and do the work ourselves. Why do we pay for service.

I walked in looking for a bedroom set, and I walked out with a great deal on a living room set and an adjustable bed frame that was on clearance! The salespeople were all super helpful and knowledgeable. The discounts I was getting with the sales price helped me get the living room which I need. Looking forward to the delivery!

Very nice store. Friendly salesman. I didn't like the delivery charge they tried to charge me . There warehouse is in bowling Green. To deliver to my house and put it in my house they want 90 Dollars. But to deliver it and set it in my yard is free.and they do not take your old furniture

Such a horrible experience. We purchased a king sized bedroom suite, it was a floor model and marked down. We knew it had a few cosmetic marks, nothing major. We were told to take photos of the furniture in the store, which we did, and we also wrote down known issues with the salesman. I signed off on this. Before purchasing, I also asked the salesman what would happen in the event a piece was damaged during delivery. I was told that it would be repaired if possible, they would check to see if the piece was available at a different store, or they would order a new piece. Our chest was damaged. I have photos showing the damage, I’ve provided these to warranty, customer service, and to our salesman. All are saying there isn’t anything they will do about it. They also didn’t install the mirror to the chest, and gave us the wrong pieces to attach the mirror so now we can’t even attach the mirror to the chest. Worst experience, buyer beware, highly do not recommend

At the Ashley store it was really great experience as far as buying furniture but after they were calling me at work sending me a bunch of texts kept disturbing me at work and that is just so annoying. You don't need to bug to get a rating. That's not nice! Thought this would be my rating and this is it. I didn't appreciate all the phone calls and all the texts. That is annoying So watch out for that.
