Ot the best experience. I was in the store for at least 8 to 10 minutes before a salesperson approach me. She was helpful in showing me sofa beds. I decided to purchase. Salesperson ask how I would like to pay. I wanted to pay in cash but half now then half before delivery. I was told Ashley could not accept that arrangement. She asks would I like to apply for credit interest free for a good period. I applied got a congratulations pop-up. There was an issue and finance needed my social security card and proof of address, I did not have any of this on my person. Then we attempted the shorter period of financing with bank account and so forth and there was additional trouble. I then was frustrated and said I'll just pay in full. The stores system was glitch ing and it took 15 more minutes to be able to add my digital signature. The purchase process was frustrating for such a minimal amount of $1,000 dollars. Not truly a satisfied customer.

The staff at Ashley were PERFECT! Didn’t hassle and let us browse. Ms. Julia was AMAZING! She helped us with all of our questions and all of our needs. Will definitely be going back for furniture whenever we have too. If you decide to choose this location ask for Julia!

Julia Fuentes provided excellent customer service. She was very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, especially since I was picky about choosing my couches. She showed me different variations and colors and made sure I felt comfortable exploring all my options. From the moment I walked into the store, she greeted me warmly and asked if I was looking for something specific. Once I explained what I needed, she was more than happy to help. She also gave me the time and space to make my decision while staying attentive in case I had questions or needed assistance. Julia is bilingual, which was a huge plus, and overall she made the experience pleasant and stress-free. Great customer service all around!

Absolutely terrible experience. My $700 bed cracked and broke in half, and I literally woke up on the floor. I’m still paying for it and still owe around $500, yet Ashley Furniture refused to help in any way. I spoke with multiple managers and got nowhere. No replacement, no solution, no follow-up. I am being forced to pay for a bed I can’t even use. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Great experience today in search of my new bedroom set! Thanks to Ms. Mandana Paraham for her excellent customer service skills, she went above the call of duty! She’s also a great sales person; hence, I got the whole pkg to include an Ergo Prosmart mattress AND the Luxebreeze Hyb Queen! Manager Mr Nelson was great as well, his leadership skills…impeccable!
