Ashley Store

One of the best sales experiences we’ve had. Great product selection, quality, and value. Kait is a wonderful sales representative…polite, personable, knowledgeable , efficient, and not pushy in any way. We told her what we were looking for and she tailored her suggestions to fit our needs. She’ll be our first call for future furniture needs.

We had a great experience with Kait! She greeted us when we arrived, gave us a quick rundown on how to read the sale signs and then let us take a look around. She checked on us and answered everything we asked her honestly and made us feel so comfortable about our purchase. Definitely recommend her if you shop here!

I recently had a wonderful experience at Ashley’s Furniture, thanks to Kate Darby, the sales manager. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we were greeted with a warm and enthusiastic welcome that truly set the tone for our shopping experience. Kate’s festive Santa hat and brightly colored Christmas top added a delightful touch to her friendly demeanor, making us feel right at home. Kate’s extensive knowledge about the products was evident as she promptly answered all of our questions, ensuring we felt confident in our choices. What impressed us even more was her proactive approach; she volunteered to coordinate behind the scenes to ensure our furniture would arrive before the New Year, with a guarantee of delivery by January 2nd at the latest. We are thrilled not only with the quality of the furniture but also with the exceptional service we received. Kate’s dedication to her customers truly stands out, and her cheerful personality made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture, particularly if you have the chance to work with Kate!

I was greeted by Jack Cornell. He was very professional , knowledgeable and courteous. I purchased a mattress. He showed me many options and was very tentative in making sure I pickied out the right one. Truly appreciate all of his help with the process. I have been a customer of Ashley Furniture for many years. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy.
