My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Ashley. We would like to sincerely thank Hannah Rice and Omar for their patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. We arrived close to closing time, yet they never rushed us. Instead, they took the time to walk us through different options, answer all of our questions, and help us find the pieces that best fit our needs. Their suggestions were thoughtful and genuinely helpful, making the entire shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable. Hannah and Omar were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping us make the right choice. We truly appreciate their time, patience, and excellent support. Great experience from Jake in sales and the team today. Called looking for a tv stand (out of stock everywhere) and they were able to tell me they had something on the floor that I may have liked. Not even 20 minutes later we were loading it up. Great people working at this store!

We had an amazing experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Omar and his team! From start to finish, they were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They helped us find the perfect couch, dining set, coffee table, and even the Purple pillows to complete our home setup. Omar made everything stress-free and took the time to answer all of our questions while making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Have ordered several items from this store and have been highly satisfied each time. We love our sectional so much that we came back for another. Their white glove delivery service has been top-notch also. Hannah R. was so very personable and professional. She did a great job of figuring out what our tastes are and finding the perfect match for us.

Omar was the rep that helped me. He was very welcoming from entrance to exit. Made me feel very comfortable explained everything and kept me well informed. He was very knowledgeable in helping me make financial decisions as well as helping me decide on what I needed. I definitely would recommend him as one of the great Reps to speak with at Ashley Furniture. I have already spread the word about my experience with a few friends and co workers. Payment plans are optional affordable and in place to work at its best for customers. I was able to see this as I made my decision. The best thing for me while being there was not feeling overwhelmed with pressure to make a purchase.
