Very helpful and attentive. Glad I was able to find them again since I bought my last mattress from them years ago. I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on the mattresses that I’ve purchased from here. The delivery drivers were punctual and they even offer to take away your old one so you don’t need to deal with it. Our pugs loved William and Martin ! 🐶
View on GoogleI’ve bought two beds from Armando at Brooklyn Bedding and both experiences have been great. I am usually slow and overly cautious with major purchases, but Armando made it painless both times. He answers all my questions in a straightforward manner, is well informed, and helped me out in between purchases when we were moving and had questions. Highly recommend!!
View on GoogleThe service was immaculate from the moment I walked in to holding the door as I left. It smelled great. The manager wasn’t pushy and even offered up his comfy chair. Best customer service by far. He even offered to mail a gift to my brother for referring me.
View on GoogleThe showroom is nice and clean. Armando was very helpful showing me various mattresses with no pressure to purchase. I appreciate his giving me all the time I needed to decide and feel good about the mattress I purchased.
View on GoogleJust wanted to share a wonderful experience with Armando . Me and my fiancé didn’t feel pressured the whole time to purchase. He made purchasing our new mattress a painless process. We didn’t even make a purchase the same day because we wanted to be 100% sure we were going to be happy. But we came back the very next day. I would recommend coming here for a mattress!
