Sleep Number

YOU CANT RETURN THE BASE!! BUYERS BEWARE** Bought an i10 from them with an adjustable base. We bought it thinking that there was a sleep trial for the base and mattress, but apparently it's just for the mattress. Don't trust the sales reps. Read every word of fine print on their contracts. We kept saying how we loved that you could try out the bed when you bring it home and were okay paying the restocking fee. We kept talking about how we were excited to try out the snore partner option for the base and thought it'd be worth the extra money to try it out. After repeatedly talking about how we appreciated we the return policy, our sales person never corrected us about not being able to return the base. their bases are TWICE as expensive as others so it's frustrating when we didn't even end up liking the mattress, so now we are stuck with an expensive base we aren't able to return or use....so just beware that you CANT RETURN THE BASE. Hope everyone reads this before purchasing because the sales people aren't going to go over it with you.

I absolutely do not know how this company has even a two star rating. The headquarters has a 2.2 star rating and does absolutely nothing about their product. After spending $6500 on a bed for my husband who is a three-time combat veteran and a 19 delta who suffers from back and knee injuries. The bed has been nothing but problems feels very cheap and his side of the bed goes flat every single night, causing his back issues to get worse and his knee issues to get worse. Upon contacting the company they make you jump through hoops to troubleshoot the bed yourself, and then try to charge you for the replacement parts. This is absolutely absurd for the amount of money paid for a bed. This company does not only not support its veterans, but they also do not care about their veterans. It’s disgusting how this company would be willing to treat a combat veteran who fought for their freedom. Obviously this is a company that does not back veterans and does not care that. They fought for their freedom and came home with injuries. I strongly suggest that nobody ever purchased a bed from this company. It is absurd. If you go look at the actual reviews from their company in Minneapolis, Minnesota, you will see that everybody is unhappy with their purchase again how this store is a 4.4 star I will never understand.

This was our first experience at a Sleep Number store. Mary and Cheryl could not possibly have better customer service. They were both friendly and informative. They were very patient with my endless questions and helped me find the perfect bed for my wife and me. The place is spotless inside. As others have mentioned in their reviews, you’re not coming here to find a bargain bed. This is a Lamborghini, so come with that in mind.

I highly recommend John and Jacob at this location for helping me to find my first sleep number bed They were very knowledgeable very kind and they answered all my questions and explain everything to me about the bed and the remote controls. They made it very simple and easy process to purchase my first sleep number bed!

General manager and staff were amazing. Very patient and answered all my questions. Went back twice before I purchased just to make sure it is what I wanted. Great crew! Thank you ….still in bed heaven💕
