DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE HERE!! Paid over $5000 for a large sectional couch and on day of delivery the movers INTENTIONALLY hid damage from my elderly mother who signed over satisfaction with delivery. Within two hours of delivery I moved two pillows and observed a massive gash in the fabric with exposed wooden frame that appeared eaten away and severed. After IMMEDIATELY submitting a claim with pictures, video and explanation for replacement. I was informed that Ashley is “repair first replace second” which I indicated was unacceptable and I would not be accepting a patch job for damage caused by the warehouse. They then got back to me saying that they would be doing neither bc “the damage was customer caused and the delivery people took pictures.” How? The couch was sat on by nobody and existed in my home for two hours. I demanded to see the photos which they refused to send. BBB has been contacted and claim filed. I am absolutely floored that they would treat someone this way who spent this much money in their store and in no way attempt to make it right. After this I’ve heard from about six people with similar experiences. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Leaving this review before we have received the furniture, so we will see how that experience goes and update the review accordingly. Khadija was our salesperson and was amazing to work with from the start. Warm welcome in the store, walked us through the entire to store to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and when we had extra requests went above and beyond to find us potential options. Ended up being the most seamless furniture shopping experience we’ve had. Afterwards, we wanted to add an additional piece to our order and she was able to handle it all through text (my PREFERRED method) so I could still enjoy the rest of my day. Great experience overall. Will update this review if the furniture and/or delivery experience don’t meet expectations.

Went couch shopping for our new home & Shelby was very helpful! She was incredibly pleasant and we found the perfect couch combo with her in no time. We are so excited to have it delivered right to the house and installed for us. Way to go Shelby!

They have really nice displays on the floor. I met with Juan who was very patient, kind and knowledgeable about the process for my first time buying furniture with them. I got the table that is displayed and got the 5 yr protection plan. I def recommend that!

Sherena greeted us when we arrived. As I looked around the showroom I found a few pieces I liked in regards to to list I created. Sherena found me again and made the entire process much more enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable and has a magnetic personality! She is honest and truly a delightful woman. She and her coworker were able to help me find a an "armoire" and it was all reasonably priced. I look forward to the new pieces.
