Worst experience ever. I finally decided it was time for me to do something for myself ( i take care of my mother and brother) as I have not purchased new furniture in over 20 years. I went in for a new mattress and bedroom set. I didn't know much about the height of mattress and boxsprings on top of the new bedtime.I did ask if I purchased a certain mattress and found it wasn't comfortable could I return it. Matthew said yes within 30 days. The salesman (Matthew) was clueless and no help at all. Needless to say when everything got delivered the bed was so high I have to use a step stool to get in. Its so uncomfortable too and the mattress slides all over the place. I went to the store to talk about replacing it. Matthew told me something totally different then and just looked with a blank face. I asked for manager. The manager said once the furniture goes out the store you have to contact customer care because its out of the stores hands.. I called customer care the next day. Apparently the Nectar mattress I purchased has NO warranty! Not what Matthew told me! Went round and round. Asked how the salesman would be held accountable. They said basically he was being trained. Wow..so because he was incompetent and told me misinformation I am now stuck with a mattress I absolutely hate and it all sits up so high I have to use a step stool to get in bed. I am still waiting to see if Customer care is going to at least get a shorter box spring. Just an awful experience and will never go back!

Please be very careful purchasing anything at this store! I went in recently on a Thursday evening and paid for 2 chairs which would be delivered the next week. My daughter and I went back in the next day to see the chair again, and we actually found one that would work better. They were cheaper than the chairs I paid for, but the salesman said I could only get a store credit for the difference. He said all sales are final! Store credit only! I didn’t even have the chairs in my possession! I was shocked. When I asked to speak to the manager she was rude and said you signed the paperwork, all sales are final. I can’t believe it! I’ve never encountered this at any other furniture store. I asked to speak to the manager’s supervisor and she said she doesn’t have one. Told me to call customer care. They were also rude and kept repeating all sales are final. I’m just shocked! So please be advised if you purchase something there and change your mind you will not get your money back!

Fantastic, courteous service from Rick for a first-time furniture-buyer. He walked me through sectional configurations to fit my space as well as financing options, and made sure I could get my delivery sooner rather than later. Comprehensive disclosure of costs to inform my decisions. I couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you!

Excellent customer service! Rick helped my husband and me throughout the entire process and was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We purchased a dining table set, a bedroom set, and a mattress, and he made everything easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy with our new furniture and highly recommend both Rick and the store.
