Great experience at Ashley Furniture! Ingrid was extremely helpful, professional, and made the entire process smooth and easy. She took the time to answer our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for without any pressure. The pricing was fair and the quality of the furniture is excellent. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the sales person that I worked with who greeted me and my friend the second we came in. Truly listened. That’s a big deal for me for what I was looking for. Of course it was a good salesman, but did not overdo it because I was very adamant about what I wanted, again. It was the listening that made a big difference. I had a certain budget in mine, but because of the refinance Benefitthat he spoke to me about. I went above when I was going to spend knowing that I can pay for it within the year without spending any extra money in interest. I appreciated him, showing me a variety of things when I was thinking about a table, even though I didn’t purchase one, I ended up purchasing a large ottoman instead, which he helped in measuring to make sure that it would be the right fit for what I picked out. Overall, he was an excellent sales person. Something else that seems very odd but made a big difference is he asked me if I needed everything printed, in this case I didn’t because I do a lot digitally, however, my printer recently broke and just for him to ask, made me feel good that that was an option. So I would have to say, he took care of all of the needs I had in a very short period of time. I recently lost my mom and this is the first Christmas without her and buying new furniture was a very big deal for me that I really didn’t want to do but was the next part of my process of grief and I can honestly say that he made this process very easy and comforting. So thank you guys for doing a great job.

Trinadair Castro was very helpful! I requested a particular delivery day which wasn’t initially available when I purchased my furniture. She booked the next available date but promised that she would try her best to get the date switched to my preferred date. She kept her promise, and she called personally to tell me that she was able to take care of it. She went above and beyond for me! I truly appreciated her effort and highly recommend!

Logan is fabulous!! I was completely stressed out with moving feeling overwhelmed & she took the time to go over needs, wants & budget with me. The staff is educated, friendly & the food/drink bar was a perfect addition to an already great store! I highly recommend flat bread pizza & pinacolada!

Christopher helped us find the perfect couch. He was very polite, respectful, but most importantly he was able to answer all of our questions with ease. He made sure to show us multiple type of couches so that we had multiple options to pick from. Overall great experience.
