Great customer service & fast delivery .. but I recieved a floor model or bedroom set that was used & dirty , when I received my guest bedroom set it came with cracks stuffs, stains & writing on it & paint on the top of the headboard a hole on the foundaton box spring -for almost 4k definitely not worth it!! in my 20 years of buying Ashley furniture I have never experienced anything like this. I’m still waiting for a response for my bedroom set to be replaced hopefully the new order is new if not I will request a refund & find another place to purchase

I was on limited time and needed to furnish our condo in Sanibel during my short stay. I was fortunate to encounter Phil, who helped me SOOOO SO MUCH in finding the pieces I needed, in the colors and styles that suited our space the best. Phil saved me so much time! He is so knowledgeable and friendly- it was an absolute pleasure working with him. PLUS, he was able to arrange for next day delivery - an absolute godsend! Thanks again, Phil. I went in on a Saturday afternoon with a vision in mind, and Jose Fraga helped me put it to life. He mixed and matched a few pieces until i was happy with the outcome. Very pleased!

I go to the same sales person every time he's absolutely wonderful to work with. The store is great. Lots of helpful sales people around and greeting you at the front door. The furniture is wonderful quality and presented well all over the store. I've never had a problem.

Great quality furniture at great prices! Julivett was phenomenal to work with. Anyone who’s shopped with kids knows how stressful it can be, but she went above and beyond to make it easy. She kept our two kids entertained with balloons and the model furniture displays while helping us find exactly what we needed. Truly top notch customer service!
