I had such a great experience at tempur pedic! Alisa was absolutely wonderful — so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain the differences between the mattresses, and made sure I found the perfect fit without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Her friendly attitude and product knowledge made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate her professionalism and care — highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

The experience at this store was very enjoyable and informative. Representative was helpful and allowed us to experience our options. My problem is not with the store, it is with Tempur-Pedic supply and delivery. As I sit here writing this revue, it has been 8 days since I purchased my new mattress and no mattress. It will be 9 more days before it is delivered for a total of over 2 weeks from purchase of mattress to delivery of mattress. This is very unacceptable to me.

Poor Communication on delivery. Took almost three weeks to get delivery after committing to 3 days. One week in, first person that said he was manager committed to call same day, no call. End of the week, a different person that said he was manager could not give details. Finally went into the store, met third person who was actually manager. Was finally told that the mattress was not yet made. Very poor communication.

Chaylet was a fantastic help to us! She allowed us to try all the mattresses as much as we needed and explained the differences very well. We definitely will be heading back soon to get one!
