Absolutely love my new sleeper sofa. Sean was amazingly helpful and patient with all of my questions. Together we found the perfect selection. Even when I thought I’d have to remove my patio door, he stepped up and guided me with step by step instructions. Thankfully I didn’t need to remove it - thanks to the delivery guys. The delivery team were very polite and respectful. Couldn’t ask for better service. The entire process was a pleasant experience.

Wayne and I had a blast shopping at the Anderson SC location. Dennis greeted us without being pushy. We had so much fun and spent a lot of time talking about our concerns with our current mattress. He recommended to try an Ashley mattress. We were sold almost immediately. Once we decided that’s what we wanted, we headed out front to do paperwork for delivery when we passed an Ashley sectional. The fabric Was the selling point. We even had some complications with measuring and seeing if the sectional would fit in our home. We actually canceled it, but upon talking to Dennis and reviewing the measurements (he actually measured it on the floor ON HIS DAY OFF), we decided to re-order it and it was delivered within a week. The delivery crew was amazing. They had everything set up mattress on the bed frame in under an hour. They were very polite and did not leave a mess. We highly recommend Ashley to Everyone.

Purchased a Chair and ottoman for my Aunt from Alex. He was a amazing sales team associate. The entire staff was great. Recommend them highly. He went above and beyond explaining all aspects of the Chair for my Aunt that is coming home from the hospital and Rehab. The price was great and delivery for the Wednesday when purchased on a Saturday. Perfection

Chad Rice was an awesome salesperson at Ashley Furniture. Very knowledgeable and informative helping me find the perfect furniture for our living room. Wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me on anything but what I wanted!! Amazing experience will continue to shop with him and recommend anyone I know to him. More than happy with our experience

I went in to Ashley’s Furniture on January 8th, 2026 and was greeted upon arrival. Everyone was nice. Karen helped me purchase a sectional. She was very helpful and made sure, I got the discount I deserved. I appreciate her and Chad. May God bless them and all the employees at Ashley’s.
