Sunday, May 24th after a girl's outing at Applebee’s, we decided to stop by Ashley Furniture just to “look around” for a new couch set. As soon as we walked in, Alex greeted us with such a bubbly, energetic, and down-to-earth personality that she instantly made us feel comfortable. We spotted this beautiful black chaise couch right away, and my niece immediately dove into it and loved it. Alex was super attentive the whole time, checking on us, answering questions, and making sure we were good without being pushy. Long story short… I ended up buying the chaise that same day even though I definitely was NOT planning on buying furniture 😂. That says a lot! Alex made the experience fun, easy, and memorable.
